Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policies are NOT accepted on personalized products. Shipping Policy: Destinations We will deliver to most addresses in the USA and Canada. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes, APO's and certain military institutions. We are happy to deliver to hospitals, care facilities and funeral homes if specific receiving arrangements are made by the customer in advance. Our couriers do not call ahead of delivery and cannot predict when they will deliver your order. If your package is being shipped to an apartment or a secure building that requires special access, please include the access code on the 2nd address line of the recipient's address. Also, if a package is undeliverable either because the address is incorrect or because the driver is unable to locate the address, the package will be returned to the nearest distribution center and held until further direction is given.
